A Bit about myself.... I was born November 19th 1982 in the Bahamas where I spent the majority of my life. From a very young age, art making was a hobby of mine and soon grew into be a passion as time progressed. I created art as past time from about the age of six until now as my past time has flourished into a career. I enrolled into The College of the Bahamas' art program after completion of high school in 2002. After two years there, I decided that an 'art college' would be in my best interest. I transfered to The Savannah College of Art and Design where I studied illustration, recently obtaining a BFA degree (summer 2007). From then til now, I have entered many competitions both in the illustration and fine art fields; most of which proved successful. I currently have two bodies of children book illustrations on travel exhibit via the annual Teatrio Children's Book Competition held in Italy every year. I have been accepted for the two consecutive years (2006 and 07). This is just one of the more important of my awards and accolades which can be reviewed in my resume. I have exhibited in the Bahamas, Atlanta GA, New York, Savannah GA, New Jersey, Raleigh NC and most recently in Chicago. I am currently based in Raleigh NC where I live with my lovely wife, my daughter, two dogs, three fishes, and six potted plants. I am constantly creating imagery both commissioned and personal. .
